Another outing

This weekend saw another pleasure ride for Chamfron Colorado, it makes me so happy to see this horse settled and loved, there was a time I worried about him.  Rebecca was also out with By Dand, camping on a rather chilly night (ice on the water buckets!) but whizzing round a 30km at Irvine beach made up for it.

3yo Callie is coming along nicely after being with Jodie Loveday Equestrian for a couple of weeks.

The endurance crew

Some early season pleasure rides today, Chamfron By Dand whizzed round the 20km at Lindertis and Chamfron Colorado did 22km up in Argyll, excellent heart rates all round.

Winter Woolies

Floss (Arrayan Numa x Chamfron Compostela) looking rather grown up, she is rising three and was sold to Suzanne in utero.

West Highland Way

Chamfron Colorado and Jessica were out today doing a little of the West Highland Way.

Didn't last!

The glorious weather was soon replaced by high winds and pelting rain and it seems to have driven us all back into hibernation.  So lacking horse photos I have headed back to the trusty trail cameras, armed with some lurking at the back of the freezer very out of date wild boar, it went down well!  I love it when the camera picks up several different species at one time.
