St Mary's School in Melrose has a doll's head in the wall, the current incarnation replaces the original who was placed there in 1962 by George McDonald. As I touched her a local shouted "wouldn't do that, haunted"!

Barn Owl
I came across this barn owl sitting in the grass today, it did fly off so hopefully it was just a little water logged.

Chamfron Bellini
Bellini is back in full work now and even competing in video dressage competitions where she was 3rd out of 27 entries. A real labour of love by Natalie after she returned from a loan home badly injured and the future looked very poor indeed.

Chamfron Perdita - Model!
Perdita has been immortalised in oil by Sue Malkin and is also shown modelling Bernadette's other birthday present, a custom made saddle by Miguel Acuna.
