Remember Dorey? Photos of her taken today back with her original owner Cat, winning the yard dressage and placing in the jumping. We had Dorey here a few years ago because she had managed to get herself a reputation from hell and a bullet with her name on it. After a mercy dash with the wagon and a long spell here in the field remembering how to be a horse she went to Fiona at Puddledub stud and was put in foal to Bollin Terry. Fiona then wanted to move a few broodmares on so I put her and Cat back in touch and Dorey went home, a reformed character (and eventually plus one bay filly!) Cat sent me a lovely message this week that had me sniffling, basically saying thanks for saving my horse...
