Both boys out hacking together on Sunday and then having not run in weeks I did a very slow walk jog from the end of the railway line to home, 10 km in 1.31, which google tells me is the average time for a novice running seventy year old but considerably slower than the world record for a ninety year old. A dander around Gosford House on Thursday night then both boys had the saddler on Friday. I rode Spider on Saturday and Cactus came out with us in hand then we did a further three miles walking around Mortonhall Estate.
