While obviously we are pleased with all the foals I have to admit I am absolutely smitten with the colour of Arrayan's first foal. The first photo is mid shake!!

A beautiful foal! What color will he or she be when grown?
I've never had a roan foal so I'm not sure if it will darken or lighten, I'm hoping will stay as it is because his sire is very similar - though on a chestnut base where as the foal is bay. Very metallic in real life, a real sheen.
