Chamfron grandchild, Widgeon Hill Ceilidh was looking absolutely fabulous at Three Counties show. Chamfron Tizona had another spin around the tough (and very wet) Man Versus Horse course, finishing in less than four hours.

Keep Moving Week 23
Steps done in the Borders on Monday before a trip to the cinema to see The Salt Path, loved the book, the movie not so much. Still entirely confused by the random rabbits which were more "Pets at Home" than anything like wild type and the swimming with the tropical fish. Finished work early on Tuesday so did my steps around Dumfries for old times sake, got soaked just like old times. Then finished the week crewing for Rebecca at the Scottish Thistle 50km at Longnewton.

She covers 24–32 km a day, fuelled by porridge, oat cookies, and cheese — all while navigating with limited vision and an eye patch.
Jessica and Chamfron Colorado (and friends) have now done 155 miles including through the Lairig an Laoigh and made it as far as Blair Atholl
