Road Trip
Sunday, 6 September 2020
No Chamfrons, more walking!
Horse updates are still understandably sparse, I think everyone has just written 2020 off. Walks this weekend included Preston Mill, Phantassie Doocot and North Berwick harbour in the sunshine.

And Part 2
Sunday saw a leisurely stroll round Archerfield Walled garden, along the willow walk and looking out for fairies! Then for the first time ever I walked across the Forth Road Bridge and back. We had coffee and cake at the base of the rail bridge then did the River Almond walkway to Cramond.
And this weeks (part one)!
The week started off rather soggy and I was pleased I pushed myself to keep getting my steps in (four months now at 10,000 a day minimum). Storm Francis had the Tweed fairly roaring down stream and I misjudged one of my lunchtime walks spectacularly and got very very wet (the joy of flexi, being able to shower before clocking in, the joy of working from home, sitting with my hair just washed at work!) By the weekend the weather had settled and we walked up both Traprain Law and North Berwick Law. We saw the Exmoor pony herds on both but it was the Traprain boys that posed nicely.
