Grand Job!
Lady Erica was scanned again today with one pregnancy, so thats a brilliant job done by our vet Callum from Ark Vets in Lockerbie.

The chickens are taking over...
Both the blog and the farm!! We went to get out the tractor and there was another chicken sitting on a mound of eggs in it! We didn't have the heart to evict her, so we will be using the wheelbarrow for the next few weeks and seeing what appears. I know most of them will be cockerels (sods law) but they are adorable for the moment.

2011 Blobs!
Six mares to scan this afternoon and it was fairly successful.
To Exbury Ghost, our few spot Appaloosa we have -
Abelbeck due on the 16th of April (for a full sibling to Chamfron Colorado)
St Helen's Regency Bubbles due on the 20th of April (Palomino private driving mare)
Gordian Knot due on the 22nd of April (for a full sibling to Chamfron By Dand)
Poppy due on the 27th of April (Palomino blanket spot visiting mare)
To Arrayan Numa, our imported Criollo we have -
La Reine de Rome due on the 13th of April (for a full sibling to Chamfron Malambo)
Lady Erica is also in foal, but with twins, one has been squeezed and she will be scanned again on Wednesday.
Other pieces of good news are that Arrayan is now licensed with Weatherby's NTR and Ruby's foal is already sold!

Exbury Ghost x Phalastine Fasoulia
Chestnut blanket/snowflake filly born on the 4th of June out of Beannie for Omar Rabia, this very sweet girl is named "Ruby"
