Chamfron Compostela - Charity Ride

Three year old Chamfron Nicobar had his first outing to a show today, he was incredibly well behaved and won the odd coloured class.  He is looking super, well grown, very handsome and beautifully turned out.

The Trail Cameras

A positive badger sighting in the woods this month along with some foxes, rabbit, squirrel and deer shots.  Meanwhile the garden camera has become pheasant selfie central, there has been the odd shot that wasn't a pheasant, I've had a hare, a pair of partridges, a few nice shots of the fox cub and many many close ups of the whippet...

First hint of Autumn

Today is the autumn equinox and we are starting to get the nippy misty mornings and a real hint of just how spectacular the foliage will be in a couple of weeks time.  In the garden a Sedum (I think!) is providing a last flourish of food for the bees and butterflies.

Chamfron Bellini and Natalie won the overall points at Intro and won her Prelim test today at the Island Riding Centre.
