The weather has turned, everywhere has gone green and slimy, we are now feeding haylage in the barn so will smell like very deceased ferrets for the next six months, it's not actually cold yet though. Habla, a Spanish mare arrived on Saturday for schooling, not quite sure how much ridden work she's done but she needs to learn to go forward, improvement already though. Ted has just about forgiven us for gelding him and is starting leading lessons ready to leave next week. We plod on, complaining just a little about the weather as we go!
