Sunday steps were storm hunting. Monday we headed down to Melrose for the common ride, spotted Helen and had a lovely walk along both sides of the Tweed. Not only did we see the horses crossing the Tweed but we saw a couple of deer too. Thursday we went exploring with Spidey and Friday we had a very muggy stroll around Newbattle Abbey looping round the Roan's Dyke path, unfortunately best known as the site of Jodi Jones's murder... Saturday was another muggy walk around the Musselburgh Lagoons where the poppies are out in force around the ash ponds, spotted several seals too.
